Sales Executive (Long term job requirements)
Job description:
To achieve agreed sales target, meet / exceed individual sales goals.
Develop BCO customer according to company’s strategy.
To retain the support of regular customers, meet /exceed minimum target of individual customers' support.
To enlarge account base, improve contribution through better customers/cargo mix and account expansion.
To maintain most updated information in company's customer profile system, with accurate and update customer record.
Develop extensive knowledge of the customers’ industry, their customers and their critical business issues, incl. finance, operation and the supply chain.
Regularly review with on achievement of performance outcomes, organize the regular meeting with operations and service team.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Sales Marketing related preferred;
3 years relevant working experience;
Familiar with local business environment and international business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and requirements;
Familiar with international logistics operation environment preferred;
Project management skill, ability to find and develop new business and to write up logistics solution proposal;
Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in team;
Good command of English (written & spoken), excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.;
Good PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
